False adverti*****t, and Bad Wrap and Cold Coffee

I went to Vida Cafe at Access Park (Kenilworth) at around 4:20pm today and asked the first guy at the till (Xhosa Speaking guy) whether or not they still had the Salami, Mozarella, Tomato, Chilli Wrap and he informed me that they no longer have it after confirming with kitchen staff. Another gentleman who seemed to be like a manager came to me at the counter after serving customers who were seated down and informed that he will tell the kitchen staff to make me the 2 salami wrap I wanted. The 1st red flag was when one of the kitchen staff members kept asking him about ingredients where were not available and he kept giving her a nod. The wrap were then toasted and given to us. Upon opening them I discovered that they did not use salami to make the wraps, instead ham was used. Further, the wraps contained ham, mozarella cheese and plenty of mayo and nothing else which is utter nonsense! I hav3 pictures to that effect! It is a lie for Vida to promise customers that they do not take shortcuts, this is a typical example of a shortcut! Not to even mention how thin the wraps look, you could tell that it was a tick box exercise! Where I usually buy that salami wrap in Table Bay Mall, they make it the best, maybe the people at Access Park should go for lessons! Then I received a very cold Mucho Cappucino which was also disappointing to say the least! I was perplexed by the service received at this Vida such that I have no intentions of ever going there again!!! I want my R116 back because this was none short of waste of my time and I stay in Table View, I have no intentions of driving to Access Park for another disappointing wrap and cold coffee!

Very dissatisfied customer!
