DO NOT VISIT VIDA E CAFE IN VANDERBIJL PARK

We visited the branch in Vanderbijl Park over the Easter holidays. The service was poor, and my husband was reluctant to go there because service there is always poor.

I visited again on Saturday with my daughter.

The restaurant only had 1 other patron sitting on her laptop. We gave our drinks orders. It took a while to come. Then we had to go to the counter to order our food, no one came to us.

The menus need to be replaced!

Frustrated, I got up to see how long the food was taking to see that it was on the counter. The female assistant said that she was getting the cutlery to bring.

I asked for the manager's number - no response.

We ate, asked again - just chatter in the local language and complaints as to what I was asking for.

A customer who was sitting upstairs even had to bring her own food plates down....... What is that telling you.

I took the number down from the card on the counter, ***.

I phoned on Monday, cell to cell goes to voice mail. I phoned twice on whatsapp, it just rings.

I had even complained on Google Reviews 9 months ago and the service has really deteriorated.

I do not think that the owner is aware of what is going on.
