Customers scared away

Good Day. I was highly disappointed today when I visited a branch, where I placed my order and while waiting a bunch of dogs on the loose were inside the store. I was given the wrong product and was uneasy the entire time to properly take what was needed as I am afraid of dogs. Customers should not be uneasy in a store. This is not on. This was in Camps Bay store.
