CHEATS!!!

Absolutely disgusted! My wife and I went to Vida e caffé Pineslopes this morning for coffee and breakfast. Firstly, we stood at the counter to order - and it took about 10 minutes for them to notice us to place our order... Which there was 3 staff behind the counter. Eventually, Minnie (Mineguthle) came to assist. We placed our order and she ran off to the kitchen without giving our slip... So we thought, well she'll recognize us so no biggie. I got my Mucho Salted Caramel Latte, we got our toasties and then when my wife went to get her Iced Matcha Latte - it was a Mucho size, however, we bought a Grandé. When my wife mentioned it to Minnie, she asked for the slips which we advised she never gave us one. She ran off to the kitchen again, and came back saying she cannot find the slip... But with an attitude took the Mucho Matcha and said she'll make a Grandé. Which my wife literally stood there watching her... So she took the current Matcha - threw it in a Grandé glass and just added ice to make it look like it's filled. WHAT A CHEAT! We are disgusted by this, and will not return to Pineslopes Vida e Caffe again. Word of mouth travels far.
