Caffe of Nonsense

The Vida E Caffe at Shell Ultra City on the M1 has a very condescending woman by the name of Abongwe, she tells me that when I order a frutida and she stated the fruits are frozen and would take 10 min however I had been waiting for 15 and she continuously kept laughing at me and making a mockery of me, when I asked for the manger she mentioned a college and blatantly walked past and again she laughed. Her attitude sticks and I also don't understand why are the fruits frozen.
