Blatant Misinformation, Negligence and Apathy for ingredients in products

Your chai latte is listed as vegan with plant milk. I asked the staff if this was true and they said yes. Then I asked if the spiced chai latte they sold in cans is the same chai latte they use. They said yes. The in-store chai latte has whey in it as listed in the ingredients. When I told the staff this, they simply said - that is the powder we use.

This means that you are telling people what they are getting is vegan when it isn’t. Not only is this blatant misinformation, it’s disrespectful of individual ethical choice, not to mention extremely dangerous for those with dairy allergies who order a vegan chai latte because they expect it not to contain dairy.
