Bad Service
Good Day<br> <br> Since last week Wednesday I have made it my mission to stop at Vida and grab a Hot chocolate (Its really amazing) in the mornings before work. I've been there a total of three times now including this morning and I always order the same thing. Hot Chocolate with Cream. <br> <br> The first time i went, they forgot the cream. no big deal. Second time the exact same thing happens. This morning not only did they forget the cream and make me wait 15 minutes, but also they gave me a small to go cup when i paid R31.00 for a large cup. I reused to go back as I was already running late for work. <br> <br> I think that either better communication needs to take place from the till to the kitchen or something needs to be done about this. i think It''s time consuming and unprofessional. <br> <br> Thank you,<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Lauren
