Bad customer service

Good day Sir/Madam

I am terribly upset and unhappy with the bad service with one of your staff member in long kloof str,I ordered the special burger meal today at 11:50pm today and I spoke to one of your staff member, she advised me the meal will take 10 minutes to be ready. I waited 10 minutes and asked the lady about my order and wanted as a sit down not take away. She advised me the me the meal will be ready in 5 minutes, I waited so patiently and I have advised the lady that my lunch will end at 12:30 and needed to go back to work . The lady said its not ready because the chips were not cooked yet and she only prepared the chips at around 12:20pm. I was so upset because she could have advised me that the chips will take longer to be ready and should have not wasted my time waiting for my lunch because I was very hungry and wanted to enjoy my meal. I am your regular customer and I like your meals but I am not happy with the customer service of one your staff member at Long Kloof street,which has left me with a great decision to never recommand vida to my workmate ,friends & family
