"Avoida e Caffe" - I am appalled and feel taken advantage of, like that waitress in that video. I think I have found the third thing that will survive the nuclear holocaust, the other two being ****roaches and Twinkies, and that is the chocolate (If you can call it that) vermicelli in Vida e Caffe's Iced Moccha. Let me explain, these are the ingredients for their Iced Moccha. 1) Single espresso - short pour. 2) Ice 3) Chocolate Vermicelli this is then blended and served all for the price of, and this is the best part, R43. A few things here. Firstly, if I wanted dark bits of bitter stuff irritating my palette and getting stuck in my teeth, I would have opted for a broken tea bag. Secondly, a plastic straw, I think no more needs to be said about that. Thirdly, if I wanted a watered down weak cold coffee, I would have taken the leftovers from my morning cuppa with me. Lastly R43, for a single espresso, ice and the cheapest thing on earth that can passibly be called chocolate. I don't mind paying for things if the value is there, but R43? If the espresso, ice, vermicelli, packaging and operating costs of that drink comes to more than R8, I will be shocked. That is a 500% mark up. 500%. All in all it tasted like watered down leftover coffee with the texture of blended ****roach. Shameful.
