Am I Begging To Be Served

Service is poor, Staffs don't give a good impression, Food takes long to be served. The Internet is very good, Food tastes great that's all.

But the services, I could be here for two hours straight, and literally, no one comes by to give me the menu or anything, and immediately someone else enters the tend to that person. So like I'm questioning myself is it me or them because that's just rede??..
