Accusing client of ordering incorrect product

It is unacceptable the way this establishment treated my daughter this morning. She ordered a chocolate frozen drink and they gave her a coffee. Accusing her in the shop in from of people that she changed her mind. She does not drink coffee at all and the servers behaviour was unacceptable telling her she changed her mind. Sorry but she did not. Open your ears and make sure what your clients want especially with the masks. My daughter might be small and you treat her badly but she is 24. So in future watch your step. Will never go there again. You lost a client.
