1 and a half hour waiting for a delivery

We called vida in sandton to deliver to our office- in sandton- as per normal at 8.45. At 9.46 am we called back asking for our order. (it takes a rough time of 5 to 10 min at most to deliver) No one knew anything about our order. We had to repeat it all over again, to which the lady on the phone said oh its left already, the guy will be with us in five minuets . At 10.00am no one has pitched up. This is not the first such incident. At 10:05 the guy pitches up with cold coffee and cold breakfast saying he did not know where he was going but hes here now and we must just take our drinks and food and pay the price...I suggest if you are a business person operating out of the offices in sandton city, call mugg and bean, kneed or any other coffee shop, and hour thirty is just not worth the wait for cold coffee and soggy freezing breakfast and bad attitude.
