Disappointed patient

I am so disappointed with the treatment that i got at Victoria clinix private hospital in mafikeng, i got there at 5:30pm for an open wound in my hand rhey didn't even give me pain medication, the nurses at the casualty did some checks and they told me the doctor will attend me, they kept on coming to ask if the doctor has seen me and i said no till i started complaining that when they fetched the doctor from the wards, the doctor said to he was not given my file as it was missing, that was 20:45 i left the hospital at 21:00
