Disappointed by treatment at Victoria Hospital
What a horrible treatment can a patient get, my mom was admitted on her birthday 16th October following suffering stroke in April. This was following having dizziness, she was to undergo an MRI, which following several follow-ups by my mom only to be told that she has no funds. The Western Radiologists failed to even contact me as her daughter who on hospital information I'm the main member. We were referred to the manager Mr Moseki who even told us that they called the doctor so there was no need. He even decided to block us when we called back. We were never even given an option to even pay the funds and now my mom was discharged. We do not know the risk that our mother may have left with and does not fall short of restricting my mother her Constitution right in terms of section 27.
