Worst experience @Timberland V&A Waterfront.

I think I should share my experience with you guys on the services received from Timberland V&A Waterfront. First, I was at Access Park Bellville where i received excellent customer service. They even went the extra mile to find the store where I can find the item. I was referred to Timberland V&A Waterfront. Thursday morning I called the to determine where the item is still available as I am quite far and don't want to waste money. I spoke to Siya who told me the item is available and will be ready to collect the Friday morning. Friday morning I rushed to waterfront just to be told the item was sold Tuesday or Wednesday. I am still very frustrated beacuse I told this lady I don't want to get there then the item is sold out as I am coming from far.
