Unacceptable service at Shift Expresso

One star rating is too much for the service we received this morning at the V&A Shift Expresso, when we popped in for coffee and breakfast, There were four of us at the table so the taking of our order was a simple task which the waiter really battled with Took 75min for some of our breakfast order to arrive and another 15min for an omelet to get there, we had to ask TWICE for cutlery and butter - the place was empty except for all the cyclists coming in for coffee - we had finished eating by the time the omelet got to our table. I will not be going back in a hurry ! The quality of the food was acceptable but over priced for what you received - tourists beware !! As a Capetonian I will not be returning any time soon.
