Total incompetence displayed by management at V&A.

I'm not sure if the management is totally *********** or the security services, however as management they are ultimately responsible. Two weeks ago now the boom at the open air parking entrance was not working so, rather than loose the parking fee they simply closed the lot causing chaos and of course ensuring that there were obvioisly very many less people in the mall. A day before New Year the ***********s again blocked the entrance because the parking was full. Absolute ******* there were at 11 open bays when we arrived and at least 15 when we left. Rather go to Canal Walk or Constantia mall where management actually have an IQ in double figures.
