THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT COOK WITH BUTTER, - MARGERINE?

Had dinner with family at the end of December. We ordered Garlic Focaccia for the table - what we received was unlike any other focaccia - but it was okay. I asked for extra butter, it's my thing. I love hot focaccia dripping with butter. Waitress came back saying they no longer provided extra butter? I offered to pay extra for it. Came back again saying not possible. I was taken aback and asked to discuss this with the manager. She back back with a small bowl of "butter". When I tried it, it was MARGERINE! YUCH! HOW, does a seemingly top restaurant think this is okay, - clearly they cook none of their food with butter? Seriously - it was horrible. My fillet steak was boring, and virtually tasteless. Rest of the table were relatively happy with their food, but we will never go back.
