Terrible customer services

Poor services, still waiting for someone to contact me with an update on my upgrade. I did speak to the Manager and expressed my dissatisfaction about the fact I was told to expect a call from them, I'm still waiting. I am a premium customer and have been with Cell C for over 10 years. Not sure if I'm sticking around. Really bad experience with these people
