Spur in waterfront so disappointed in them

Me and my partner went to spur in the waterfront on Sunday with our daughter. Everything seemed very fine when we got there as we ordered already and waiting for our treat we noticed another waiter putting people right behind my partner and they got this hole setting up where kids can't play and everything in order due to the Covid19 BUT WHERE IS THE 1.5M FOR SOCAL DISTANCE? I was so angry and couldn't wait to get out of there.. . I'm myselfin retail and we don't allow that in our stores. Honestly disappointing as the restaurant didn't see the safety of the customers and we would NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
