Poorest of poor service from clicks pharmacy at v&a Waterfront
My husband and I went to fetch our medical prescription meds at Clicks. Firstly the lady who assisted us, did not put it through as chronic meds and we had to pay for the meds. After my husband complaint about it, they rectified it. They did not tell us what the problem was, neither made any excuse. It felt like we were in the wrong. The next morning when my husband opened the parcel to use the meds, the wrong meds was given to us. Then the trouble started. We stay 250 km from the Waterfront and they asked us to visit them again to rectify. We had to phone around to get helped and try to sort out the problem. At last, a very nice guy at Clicks Glen Harry pharmacy tried to assist. But he could at first not sort out the full problem. He manage to gave my husband the meds that was not given to us, but we still sat with the wrong meds that had to be fixed. At last, Glen Harry managed to help again. After how many hours of trouble, ph calls and begging for help, we want to thank Jason at Glengarry for his efficient service. V&A Waterfront, I really and truly think you need to up your service and relook at your staff assisting clients at your pharmacy.
