Poor Customer Service

Terrible customer service at MTN V&A Waterfront and also at Menlyn Mall in Pretoria. Both outlets kept me waiting and eventually failed to fix the mess on my SIM card. They deserve a zero rating. After doing a sim swap on my number they changed me from pay-as-you-go to a contract that does not work and that sim can't make outgoing calls and can't send SMS messages. They also tested the sim card and failed but still told me the Call Centre would give me a call and sort out the sim card issue. I am still waiting 29 January 2024 to date, zero service
