*********!!!! They resized my ring. After only wearing it for a week or two one of the Dimonds fell out. I went back asking what is the procedure and they said they will send it to the jeweler and find out. I specifically said not to do anything and to let me know first. They said they would contact me Wednesday, No contact, I phone them Friday, they say they will find out and call me back Friday... No contact, I phone again Monday. They say they replaced the Dimond and I need to pay them. They say if I don't have the money they will keep my ring until I have it. Keeping my ring after I said I just want to know what the procedure is...I will NEVER buy anything from them again!!
