Kfc Disipointed

Good evening I went to kfc in the waterfront been standing in the line for 15 mins before 18h00 one cashier and she had a void she waiter for 5 min for the manager to come do the void when I was helped I asked for 4 street wise 3 the cashier told we to wait she went to the back came out and say they only have 4 pieces of chicken left that was at 18h16 with a big line after me and then she told me they closing at 18h00 I asked her so why you didn't announce early on you don't have chicken what about the people behind me and where is the sign that is saying you closing at 18h00 then I asked to see the manager he came and say if you want the chi Ken you will wait a half hour and then they make a announcement to say they only have the 4 pieces left the lady behind be wanted a 15 piece same story you will wait a half hour well then they never closed the store the line is finish more people came at 18h50 and they serve them saying there is only burgers so how do the store closed at 18h00 when i got at home open the food I got my 2 cooked my 2 mini loafes I open the the kfc 3 was correct with the 3 pieces and the other one was just 2 pieces I was very very disappointed and could not go back as it was to late.
