Great service from Snazzy

I have been trying to get hold of the Vodacom Shop, but their number listed online was not working for 5 days. Phoned the Waterfront's info centre ***) to see if there is a different number for them. She gave me the same number as listed online, but when I told her it is not working, she offered to go to the shop during her lunch time to confirm their number. She phoned me back within 15 minutes (must have done this during her lunch time!) with the new number. This is great service, unlike the head office number (21 ***) that transferred me 4 times to a different place. Most people would also just have said it is the only number they have available. Thank you Snazzy for going the extra mile, keep it up!
