bad service, ****** and disrespectful

I had such a horrible experience at the Waterfront info Desk, the staff was so rude!!I wanted to buy a voucher and i forgot my ID life happens, Kusonathi and the so called Manager Akona refused to help me the voucher was for a client of ours we wanted to gift the voucher too as they love the waterfront. They ruined a good experience, they treated me as if i was dirt, they spoke over me, spoke in their language and even told me to leave because they have other customers to attended to. what kind of service is this? they showed no interested in help me shame on you!!!! They even made a comment that these coloureds doesnt understand the meaning NO.!!! I am disgusted
