Had the ****en worse shopping experience at the arc V&A waterfront store. People you really need to train you stuff how to work with customers. A few weeks ago I when to the arc store to buy my products. And the one girl at the benefits counter was sitting there not even acknowledged me. Continued doing her makeup while the store is still open. And don't give us any attention. So she finally come to assist me. So she did my makeup and I looked like a drag queen it's was a disaster. I never felt so humiliated. And she did not even wanted to assist us at all. So I removed all the makeup and the one consults wanted to help me but she was so embarrassed. Cause of how my face looked like. So I storm out of the store. How can u people at arc recruit people that can't even work on all the brands. Don't you train staff. So a few weeks ago I when I so scared so someone can do my face again cause of the previois makeup artist at benefit what she did to my face. I could not trust anyone again. So I left the store did not buy my skincare or my fragrance cause I was not happy and was very unhappy for the bad service I got from arc store. The benefits lady does not belong there. So I went out and when to purchase my product at another store. People please don't sit you foot at that store the service is so bad there. And never ever go to the benefits counter the makeup artist that did my face washeema plz don't trust her please friends and family. I won't sit my foot in the store ever again. And when I left the store she just finish to do her make up and just leave us alone. I normally brought my product from Chanel at Edgar's but now that the new store is open I wanted to go to see how the service was. And it was really bad I can't even express how i feel. That was bad.
