Bad service from Viator and operator , failing to refund me

I had booked 2 tickets for wine tasting for R300 two weeks ago and when I went on Saturday the place was closed , I phoned the operator which the business had provided contact details for and he apologiZed and promised me my full refund but hasn’t refunded me since then , i am still waiting till today , I’m really not happy with the service at all and my messages and emails keep getting ignored
