Had a little issue with Bob pay when ordering on Vetex they took my money but put my order forward as payment pending , luckily Vetex has a whatsapp no and we're very easy to reach and sorted out the issue promptly and even had management deliver my package personally bc of courier delays due to faulty payment . Very grateful and impressed wish most businesses ran this way .
