Poor Deliver and communication
Placed my order, chose the shipping method 1-3 days, 4 days later after not receiving anything, I followed up, feedback was quick, and my parcels status miraculously change to pending collection, and then collected, however The ETD suggests il only get my parcel after an 8 day wait from when I placed the original order, which is substantially longer than the 1-3 days indicated, I am in Durban, and Vetex are in Johannesburg, so there is absolutely no reason for such delays.

Personal service extradinare
Had a little issue with Bob pay when ordering on Vetex they took my money but put my order forward as payment pending , luckily Vetex has a whatsapp no and we're very easy to reach and sorted out the issue promptly and even had management deliver my package personally bc of courier delays due to faulty payment . Very grateful and impressed wish most businesses ran this way .
