Unfair dismissal

Good afternoon everybody I was employed at verve financial solutions for month starting the 1st March and I was made permanent on the 25th March I am posting here today because on the 27th March I was dismissed without a valid reason I was told by the manager Mr Mhleli that I would only receive a basic Salary of R5000 once made permanent on the 25th March like I said I was made permanent on the 25th March and my banking details were taken by Mr Mhleli but to my surprise everyone got paid on the 27th March except me I then enquired with the manager Mhleli and he said that I was going to be paid only on the 27th April I then asked him if the company would be able to compensate me for transport at least so that I can get to work he told me he would speak to his boss Mr Nkomo I then also messaged Mr Nkomo and he did not respond instead Mr Mhleli called me to the boardroom where he fired me because I asked for assistance instead of just saying no he dismissed me and further more insults me by calling me desperate for money I know by law an employee is to be give 3-6 months to prove themselves and create a data base but I was not afforded the opportunity to do so instead I was fired....I would not recommend this company and management has no integrity and is dishonest. I have all the recordings of conversations between Mr Mhleli and myself
