Versofy Team

The team at Versofy are really professional and helpful. Our PowerStation was damaged due to a fire and we where informed that we will be without power for at least a week or more. My installation was only scheduled for the following week.

I contacted Ross and requested that they move my installation for a week earlier. The next day my they delivered my equipment and the installation commenced the following day. The team worked till late on Friday evening ( and we hat least had power from Friday evening) and came back early Saturday morning to finish off.

I did not understand my geyser timer and the team accommodated and came to assist after hours.

The system works well and the after sales assistance is awesome.
