**** service - no support - versofy is **** dont use them

I have had issue wi try my rental system since installation but thr past week our area has been without power and ai have logged support help sent emials and no ine in 5 days has come back to me with help I have a 8kva system and my batteries cant even last through thr night with inly plugs fridge and freezer connected to the system During the day when the sun shines the system takes 6 hours to charge

Surely for the amoutb Im paying the system should ve better performing
