Poor service from Versofy Solar

I bought a solar system in Feb 2024from Versofy which has a ten year warranty?? The battery went down in Nov 2024 No amount of phone calls polite or otherwise seems motivate them to get my battery back. They certainly don’t care about their customers. They did offer to rent me a battery at R600.00 per month until my battery is returned. On principle I will not do this as I paid approximately R139000.00 for the system and I feel this should be covered by Versofy.
