Poor service

I am an existing client of Versofy for all most a year. And in on May 12 this year I contacted them for an up grade of the storage capacity at my premises. I have sent Email after Email with no help call after call I have now gone through a Virtual Site visit 2 weeks ago and Still no joy. Just no contact from *** .
