Expensive solution with poor after sales support
Although there are several positive reviews on Versofy, our experience has been the total opposite. The reason we went with Versofy was the promise that a team of experts will monitor and manage our system to guarantee it runs properly. The initial customer experience through application, signing and onboarding phase was hugely positive but we have been disappointed since installation date. Versofy outsources the installation to external parties and we have incurred structural damages, damages from moving the equipment and over 5 months of very poor solar production. Our chosen installation results in a rental of R3,500 a month but the average production received is 11kWh per day. There has almost been no saving on our Eskom bill despite the pre-installation assessment saying our home was suitable. Despite numerous engagements Versofy takes no accountability for the sub par production and no monitoring of the system takes place. Luckily you have access to an app in order to monitor production and usage yourself. Versofy is an expensive solution that does not offer the promised ongoing monitoring and support and I would suggest looking at alternative providers.
