Excellent and Prompt Follow up

About 2 weeks ago I shared my frustration with lack of appropriate support from Versofy Solar, which sadly had nothing to do with the Solar power supply, but ineffectiveness of an add on device. Hardly 10min after posting it Nick who is one of the Directors, personally gave me a call and assured me that he would get someone appropriate and efficient to contact me. Thankfully Jessica who did not only listen to my frustration but Appreciated it was quick to get Dawid who is such a professional and an expect in the field came through at my earliest convenience and sorted out the timer issue. Now my wife and I are happy with our hot showers everyday and time of any day. I fully recommend Versofy Solar as the best alternative power solution.
