AVOID VERSOFY

I have been with them for three years. I’ve never asked for any kind of support from their support team in those three years. When they came to do a three-year test on my system, they left and when they left one of the geezer timer’s stopped working for whatever reason they did. I have since been waiting for the last two months for them to come and fix the issue they caused. They constantly lie tell me they’re trying to find a resolution. Tell me they’re trying to get support to contact me. Tell me that they’re sending people out no one ever responds no one ever does their job with a high unemployment rate in this country you would think people would want to hold onto their jobs but from everyone from the management right down to the support team they are all useless. I would avoid this company at all costs. GoSolr seems to be the better choice. I am also going to cancel my contract with them now. How can my solar system run at optimal levels when I can’t even switch the geezer off?
