Worst financial services company ever

Worst company ever left the company in Aug was told money would be paid to my account 6 weeks from 7th of September. Tried calling, sending emails to follow up no response. Only to be told yesterday that I needed to wait for 6 more weeks, Administrator refused to speak to me only relayed messages. I was told there was a delay no explanation whatsoever as to what caused the delay and why it would take more than 3 months to process my claim. I am stuck and no one at the company cares
