Utterly shattered

Hi utterly dissappointed!!!

I would like to express my dissappointed with the Financial Service Prodiver as my previous work pension fund. In December i was starting a new job which uses a different fund,so i decided i want to withdraw my funds and start from scratch with the new company i joined. Filled in neccessary forms and submitted on the 19th Dec 2025 and was told all is well and will be paid in 8-10wk. After the 8wks i enquired and i got a very rude email saying i can only enquire 10wks not prior.After 10wks still nothing so i called and was taken from there to there eventually in hopes i give up but of course not i need the money so eventually spoke to someone who confirmed my “withdrawal submission” valid and told be they still processing and it’ll take 2-3wks from the 10wks of been waiting I was dissappointed but had no choice🤷🏽♀️

Currently at 3wks and nothing on my account also no formal communication of anything. Im not only dissappointed but very hurt at their conduct of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
