Provident payout mess

The incompetence at verso is so disgusting. I've claimed for my provident pay out 4 months ago instead each and every phone call I make I get dates of when the money would be in my account but when the day arrives I don't get anything. I've been communicating with a lady called Samantha Lombard and she I clearly not doing her job well as she keep giving dates of payouts that are none existent. I'm so unhappy with verso.
