Poor Service

I have been waiting for 10 months to get cancellation of the ROT01 that is my part withdrawal from my provident fund. No communication nor feedback unless I ask and all I get is "I have sent a follow up to our tax consultant" it ends there. it will be 1 yr soon waiting for my funds. I have medical bills to settle and other debts. Any advise on how to get this matter resolved? I am getting desperate for what belongs to me.
