Very angry

I had a red flag on my credit score report until I paid up all I had owed 3 credit bureaus have removed the flag but vccb has not when I send my proof of settlement letters to them they ignore it until I would see on my next report that I still have outstanding balance on my credit score. I hate this because I've tried so hard to remove that flag from my name and they not taking they part of the job seriously
