VCCB Refusing to Remove Debt Review Despite Court Order and Clearance Certificate

I am lodging a complaint against VCCB regarding their failure to remove a debt review status from my credit profile.

I have:

A valid court order confirming the termination of debt review

A clearance certificate issued by a registered debt counsellor

Logged a formal dispute on VCCB’s website and obtained a reference number

Despite this, VCCB is refusing to remove the debt review status and is requesting a DHS screenshot, even though the NCR system is currently offline.

A court order is legally binding and should not be overridden by administrative system delays.

It is unreasonable to require a DHS screenshot where a court order and clearance certificate have already been provided.

I request urgent removal of the debt review status and written confirmation once updated.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the NCR, the Credit Ombud and the Credit Bureau Association.

I am extremely frustrated with VeriCred Credit Bureau (VCCB).
I provided a prescription letter confirming that a Nedbank account has prescribed. Despite this valid proof, VCCB refuses to remove the listing from my credit profile and says they are waiting for confirmation from the credit provider.
This matter has been ongoing and is wasting my time. I have already submitted all required documents, yet the incorrect listing remains and continues to negatively affect my credit profile.
I have now lodged a formal complaint with the National Credit Regulator regarding this issue. Credit bureaus should not continue listing prescribed debt when valid proof has been provided.
I request VeriCred Credit Bureau to urgently correct my credit profile and remove the prescribed debt.
