VCCB has listed me on the account that does not exist with TELKOM
According to VCCB I owe Telkom an amount of R676.00 on the account ending with 0057 and they need a paid-up letter to clear my name. When checking with Telkom I have 3 accounts that are paid-up, but they do not have my account number ending with 0057, therefore they will not give me a paid-up letter on the account that do not exit. my three accounts are as follows: ***, *** and ***. I am taken from pillar to post!!!

VCCB does not list consumers, we display accounts that were submitted by the credit provider.
If Telkom does not have the account on their system then you are more than welcome to contact the NCR or the Ombudsman for assistance as we will only be able to assist in getting the account updated when you have a paid up letter from Telkom or a letter from them stating that you have no active accounts with them.
Until such letter is received the case will remain closed on our system.
