VCCB dispute since last month ???

I app**** for a dispute on the 14 august last month and wa given refference numbers and acknowledgement ...but up until this stage to no avail. I email Louis Smit who i came across whilst perusing who to communicate to in this regard and he never responded a well. VCCB HOW LONG I YOUR WAITING PERIOD OR YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
