Unfairly Listed for 6 Years

They listed debt review information which was cleared on 20 July 2020 by a Debt counsellor ( All other credit bureaus removed that information in 2020,Veri credit credit bureau listed it as current information.one of their consultant indicated that they won't remove the information though there is a clearance certificate issued by a debt counselor) This obsolete information was supposed to be cleared 6 years ago.
