Unfair credit blacklist/ bad credit score

hello my name is Ally Monareng, i need help , i was owing sportscene for sometime i was unable to pay they handed me over to VERICRED i was blacklisted but after sometime i managed to pay off the debt. now the issue is its been a year since i paid off my debt but my name is still on the credit blacklist/ bad credit score, i was kindly asking VERICRED CREDIT BUREAU to remove it because it is affecting my credit score now i cannot find a job in a financial sector because of that credit score i do have a clearance letter
