I had paid up a debt, but the company that enlisted me refused to delist me even though I had paid up the debt. I reached out to credit bureau’s website and submitted a dispute. They reached out in 3 days via an email and requested a missing document which I submitted the same day. Credit bureau confirmed the receipt of the documents and sent a email that stated that the matter (dispute) will be resolved in 22 days (they contacted the company) and resolved the dispute in 22 business working days. I recommend reaching out to credit bureau when you have unresolved credit disputes🤗
