Remove account in arrears

The calk center operators are very rude.

I need VCCB to update their ICT database. I have supp**** a paid up letter and I need them to actually update amd remove the account in arrears because I have paid my account.

What does one have to do to get help from VCCB, can it be fixed ASAP or VCCB cant do a thing??
